If you press the EZ-Start® button and the motor does not spin, it may be due to a loose connection on the EZ-Start® motor. Check the red and black wires that travel between the EZ-Start® connector and the EZ-Start® motor. The red wire should connect to the terminal on the motor with the red dot. The black wire connects to the opposite terminal. Also check for damage to the insulation of the red wire which might allow it to short against the engine or chassis.
